Bianca provides advice on commercial matters and a big part of her practice involves commercial litigation.
Bianca commenced working at the firm in March 2010 initially as a legal secretary and subsequently as a paralegal whilst studying law full time.
Bianca commenced working at the firm in 2010 whilst studying law, before taking up a role as a solicitor following her admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2013.
Bianca is skilled at recognising clients’ different needs and expectations, and the commercial reality of their matter. Bianca is very personable, approachable and strives to help clients understand legal terminology and concepts as these concepts practically apply to a clients’ business or life. Bianca is also very good at adapting to clients’ preferred styles of communicating and working together.
Bianca’s practice is varied from representing different types of clients in court proceedings, to advising clients in a variety of commercial matters. Her commercial practice includes transactional work such as drafting, reviewing and advising on leases, licences; shareholders agreements; sale of business contracts; and share sale agreements.
During her years of practice as a solicitor, Bianca has been involved in a number of large and complex proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the Federal Court of Australia, including matters involving negligence; construction law; trust law; company law; insolvency and bankruptcy; estate disputes; and insurance claims.
Bianca has represented clients in the Local Court of New South Wales; District Court of NSW; Supreme Court of NSW; and the Federal Court of Australia. She is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
